Overview:
This position works with clients to help them grow their businesses using YouTube, while helping grow our own business using the same techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Weekly calls with clients.
- Ongoing coaching and training.
- Social media strategy, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Evaluate client channels.
- Advise clients on strategy and tactics that guide them toward their goals.
- Respond to client inquiries and requests.
- Inform clients about ancillary services.
- Offer regular channel reviews.
- Create, oversee, and implement a growth strategy for social media platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, podcasts, and others.
- Finalize titles and thumbnails to increase CTR.
- Brainstorm content ideas and direction that accomplish company objectives.
- Host recorded, live, and private video content.
- Evaluate analytics to track growth stats and adjust the strategy accordingly.

- Familiar with virtual teamwork applications such as Zoom, Google Apps, Slack, and even ClickUp is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media and YouTube is a huge plus, but this person will be trained to our standard of expertise.
