YouTube Strategist – Ad Agency, Remote – Job Description Template

Overview:

This position works with clients to help them grow their businesses using YouTube, while helping grow our own business using the same techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Weekly calls with clients.
  • Ongoing coaching and training.
  • Social media strategy, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Evaluate client channels.
  • Advise clients on strategy and tactics that guide them toward their goals.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests.
  • Inform clients about ancillary services.
  • Offer regular channel reviews.
  • Create, oversee, and implement a growth strategy for social media platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, podcasts, and others.
  • Finalize titles and thumbnails to increase CTR.
  • Brainstorm content ideas and direction that accomplish company objectives.
  • Host recorded, live, and private video content.
  • Evaluate analytics to track growth stats and adjust the strategy accordingly.
