YouTube Strategy & Growth Consultant, Paid and Organic – Recruiting Company, Remote – Job Description Example

    Overview:

    • We are looking for a talented consultant who has a track record of successful paid and organic YouTube campaign creation and management.
    • Specific to YouTube campaigns: The ideal candidate will have experience pitching and landing prospects, analyzing a client’s existing strategy, ideating on an impactful campaign, executing on a successful strategy, and reporting on progress.
    • This person should feel comfortable in a client-facing role at all points in the sales and rebuy process.
    • This is currently envisioned as a contract freelance/consulting position.
    • There’s the potential for this role to turn into a full-time opportunity based on performance and business needs. This role is remote and location-independent.
    • It’s imperative that candidates have demonstrable experience (3+ years) and SME in the following areas for both B2B and B2C clients:
      • YouTube Channel Optimization.
      • YouTube Channel & Subscriber Growth (organic and paid).
      • YouTube Ad Creation and Management.
      • YouTube Content Ideation.
      • Expertise in PPC is helpful but not imperative or required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Creating and presenting compelling YouTube management proposals for interested prospects.
    • Successfully executing on planned YouTune campaigns/scopes of work.
    • Regularly reporting on results internally and externally.
    • Effectively collaborating with the client, account manager, project manager, social media manager, and all other Brafton stakeholders as is necessary.

    Requirements:

    Strong working knowledge of:

    • YouTube Channel Optimization.
    • YouTube Channel & Subscriber Growth (organic and paid).
    • YouTube Ad Creation and Management.
    • YouTube Content Ideation.
    • AdRoll, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Paid Ads, and the ability to learn new software quickly.

    And:

    • Excellent client-facing communication skills (via phone, email, and in-person).
    • The ability to craft a compelling proposal.
    • The ability to create clear reports with a riveting ROI narrative.
    • Strong interdepartmental and interpersonal skills.
    • The ability to work at a computer during standard working hours.
    • Meeting scheduled and proposed deadlines.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to adapt to new software and changes in the paid environment quickly.
    • Ability to meet deadlines.
